This eight week class is for adults of all ages looking for a low-impact, ballet-inspired workout. Work at your own pace and ability. Build those long, lean ballet muscles.
Fall: September 28th – November 16th
Winter: January 4th – March 1st
Special dress code: Ballet shoes; leotard and tights OR yoga pants and tee shirt. Hair pulled back. Layering is encouraged to help muscles stay warm. Bring a water bottle.
